Per the by laws (attached, see pg 12, Article IX, Section 5) the appointment of a new
officer must be voted on by the full board. Robin, how has this worked in the past? I'm
guessing you as the president motioned for the election of say, Daniel, and then a vote
was taken?

By laws also state that the position can be filled temporarily by appointment by the
President until a permanent officer is identified. This might be route we want to take
tomorrow until we can formally get Channing (assuming she wants it) in the seat.

Thoughts?

Daniel and I are having a conversation with Channing this evening. I'll let you know how
it goes.
